Bakalářská práce pojednává o fenoménu předlužení v České republice. Autorka téma přibližuje prostřednictvím série publicistických textů pro Magazín Právo + TV. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. V první části vymezuje autorka základní pojmy, související s předlužením.
