Abstract:

Diplomová práce obsahuje vcelku podrobné vyjádření všech právních a ekonomických aspektů Evropské centrální banky, jak již je možno dovodit z názvu tématu, včetně souvislostí a návazností na jednotlivé právní normy. V práci je vcelku podrobně popsán vývoj Hospodářské a měnové unie, dále pak struktura a úkoly systému centrálních bank a Eurosystému a Evropské centrální banky. Čitatel se zde může seznámit s měnovou politikou, dále s politikou Evropské centrální banky a činnostmi Eurosystému, jakož i s cíly Evropského systému centrálních bank z pohledu srovnávacího práva. Nemalá část Diplomové práce je věnována úpravě nezávislosti Evropské centrální banky, zrovna tak i novému postavení České národní banky po případném vstupu České republiky do Evropského měnového systému. Velice důležitou a neméně zajímavou kapitolou je kompletní právní rámec.

Abstract:

The diploma work contains a detailed description of all legal and economic aspects of the European Central Bank, as can be seen in the name of the topic, including the connections and relations to the individual legal standards. The diploma work describes in detail the development of the Economic and Monetary Union, as well as the structure and assignments of the system of central banks, of the Eurosystem and of the European Central Bank. The reader may get acquainted with the monetary policy, with the policy of the European Central Bank and with activities of Eurosystem, as well as with the objectives of the European System of Central Banks from the point of view of the comparative law. A substantial part of the diploma work has been directed to the independence of the European Central Bank, as well as to the new position of the Czech National Bank after the possible accession of the Czech Republic to the European Monetary System. A very important and not less interesting chapter is the complete legal frame.
