Abstract:
Predložená diplomová práca pojednáva o možnostiach zmluvnej úpravy majetkových vzťahov snúbencov v čase pred uzavretím manželstva de lege lata ako aj o pripravovaných zmenách v súvislosti s rekodifikáciou Občianskeho zákonníka v oblasti manželského majetkového práva všeobecne a predmanželských zmlúv v náväznosti na uplatnenie a vyjadrenie autonómie vôle snúbencov (manželov).
Abstract:
The presented thesis discusses „antenuptial“ contract in particular as well as matrimonial contractual relationships between spouses in general in connection to possibilities of free expressing of autonomy of will in these relationships.
