Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá etikou ve veřejné správě. Zaměřuje se na specifikaci veřejné správy, vymezení práv a povinností zaměstnanců veřejné správy, charakteristiku a analýzu etiky a etického kodexu. Předkládaná práce si rovněž prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření klade za cíl zjistit úroveň informovanosti a dodržování etického kodexu mezi zaměstnanci finanční správy.

Abstract:

This graduation work deals with the ethics in the public administration. It is focused on the specification of the public administration, defining the employees´ rights and duties in the public administration and it characterises and analyses ethics and the ethical codex. The goal of my work is also to find the level of foreknowledge and the abidance of ethical codex among the employees of a financial administration with a help of a questionnaire.
