Vegetation characteristics of the geographically distinct floral elements of the Litomyšl region

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vegetační charakteristika vybraných geograficky významných druhů květeny Litomyšlska (východní Čechy). Celkem bylo vybráno 33 druhů ze čtyř geografických skupin, pro které představuje studované území okrajovou zónu rozšíření nebo zde mají přímo mezní lokality. První skupinou čítající sedm druhů jsou východní prvky, jejichž rozšíření zasahuje do východních Čech z Moravy. Druhou skupinu reprezentuje šestnáct teplomilných druhů, jejichž výskyt vyznívá na Litomyšlsko z Polabské nížiny a teplých pahorkatin na jejím obvodu. Třetí skupina obsahuje šest druhů, které jsou v České republice svým rozšířením vázány zejména na horské oblasti. Čtvrtá skupina zahrnuje čtyři druhy se subatlantským charakterem rozšíření. Celkem bylo zapsáno a analyzováno 77 fytocenologických snímků. Získaný fytocenologický materiál byl vyhodnocen pomocí automatické klasifikace provedené expertním systémem a dále byly výskyty studovaných druhů zasazeny do širšího fytogeografického, fytocenologického a floristického kontextu. Součástí práce je také syntetická kapitola, ve které jsou popsány vybrané části Litomyšlska s ohledem na výskyt fytogeograficky významných druhů.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide vegetation characteristics of the geographically distinct floral elements of the Litomyšl region (eastern Bohemia). Altogether 33 species from four phytogeographical groups were characterized. For these species, the study area features a marginal zone of their distribution range or they reach their absolute distribution limit there. The first group consists of seven species with eastern distribution whose distribution in eastern Bohemia is a foreland of their distribution in Moravia. The second group includes sixteen thermophilous species whose distribution in the Litomyšl region is connected with the Elbe River Basin. The third group consists of six species whose Czech localities are concentrated in the mountain. The fourth group includes four species with subatlantic distribution range. In total, 77 phytosociological relevés were recorded and analyzed. The collected data set was classified by an expert system for vegetation classification and the occurrence of the studied species was put in broader phytogeographical, phytosociological and floristic contexts. The thesis also contains synthetic chapter where some parts of the Litomyšl region are described, focusing on geographically distinct elements.
