Česká republika má ambici být partnerem Spojeným státům v jejich projektu globálního systému obrany proti balistickým raketám. Czech Republic is attempting to participate in the United States Ballistic Missile Defense System. The thesis is focused on international law aspects of such participation, especially the means of participation, reaction of international community, international security threats.
