Securitization of refugees in Germany during the Syrian migrant crisis. The role of political parties.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá sekuritizací uprchlíků v Německu. Jejím cílem je vyhodnotit, zda se relevantní politické strany v atmosféře tzv. syrské migrační krize dopustily sekuritizace uprchlíků, jaké narativy při ní používaly a zda je publikum přijalo.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the securitization of refugees in Germany. Specifically, the aim of the thesis is to discover if in the atmosphere of the Syrian migrant crisis relevant German political parties tried to securitize refugees, which kind of narratives did they use and if they succeeded in it.
