Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posuzováním rizik pandemií. Jejím cílem je identifikovat nejzávažnější rizika pro vnitřní bezpečnost ČR v období pandemie a navrhnout opatření, která mohou tato rizika snižovat. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola je základním přehledem o problematice pandemií. Jsou v ní zmíněny základní pojmy, historie pandemií, reakce autorit na pandemie, ekonomické a sociální změny a aktuální stav legislativy České republiky týkající se tohoto tématu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá použitými výzkumnými metodami a třetí kapitola výpočty. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou prezentovány výsledky a v páté uváděny návrhy na minimalizaci zjištěných rizik.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the evaluating of pandemic risks. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most severe risks of pandemics for the inner security of the Czech Republic and suggest precautions to reduce those risks. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is a basic overview about the pandemic problematics. It deals with basic terms, history of pandemics, reaction of authorities, economic and social changes and the current state of Czech legislation associated with this theme. The second chapter focuses on used methods of work and the third chapter on the calculations. In the fourth chapter are presented the results and in the fifth chapter are presented suggestions for minimisation of those risks.
