Cílem mé práce je problematika právní úpravy akciové společnosti,její specifika v českém právním řádu i v kontextu práva EU.Dále jsem se zaměřila na zaloţení a vznik akciové společnosti.Zvláštní pozornost věnuji akciím obecně, ale také podle druhů. My main objective in this bachelor work is problematic of legal aspects joint-stock company,their specifics in czech legal order and in context of the European Law.
