Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj českého vězeňství a na jeho aktuální stav včetně hlavních problémů. První kapitola definuje základní pojmy, jako je penologie, penitenciární a post-penitenciární péče, kriminologie nebo etopedie. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the development of the Czech prison system and its current state, including the main problems. The first chapter defines basic terms such as penology, penitentiary and post-penitentiary care, criminology or etopedics.
