Cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu spokojenosti cestujících s poskytovanými službami Městské hromadné dopravy (MHD) v Brně. Práce se zaměří na sběr a interpretaci dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření mezi cestujícími, které zhodnotí různé aspekty MHD, včetně bezpečnosti, čistoty, frekvence spojů, chování řidičů, komfortu vozidel, dostupnosti informací a dalších.
