Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu stavu personálních činností ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň, na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření týkajícího se spokojenosti zaměstnanců s nabídkou zaměstnaneckých benefitů a na základě provedené analýzy a komparace s teoretickými východisky na doporučení k optimalizaci.
