Reconstruction of an old motorcycle with a small cylinder capacity to an electric motorcycle

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obsahuje konstrukční návrh uložení elektromotoru místo spalovacího motoru a výpočet ozubeného řemene, kterým je koncept poháněn. V práci je rovněž uvedeno zapojení elektroniky potřebné k provozu vozidla. Popsán je výběr klíčových pohonných komponent: Elektromotoru, řídící jednotky a akumulátoru. Návrh byl proveden v softwaru Solid Edge.

Abstract:

This thesis consists of design of an electric engine bay. It includes calculation of synchronous drive required for a specific motorbike described in thesis. It also includes selection of required parts. Models were created by Solid Edge CAD.
