Sociální pojištní má na území eské republiky historii pesahující tém sto let. První zákony zakotvující sociální pojištní vznikaly na konci 19. století a první moderní zákon institucionáln i vcn upravující veejné dchodové pojištní vznikl již ped více než osmdesáti lety v roce 1924. The aim of this work is the description of the Pension policy. First it is necessary to define the concept of pension. It has number of different meanings. Generally it can be defined as regullar monetary performance which belongs to a natural person acording to certain rules.
