Conflicts and stress in the workplace and their solutions

Anotace:

Diplomová práce na téma: " Konflikty a stres na pracovišti a jejich řešení" se zaměřuje na popsání jednotlivých druhů konfliktů a stresu a na jejich řešení. Cílem práce je popis a analyzování konfliktů v Národním parku Šumava a konfliktů mezi Informační a strážní službou NPŠ a návštěvníky NPŠ. V teoretické části charakterizuji konflikty, jejich rozdělení, význam příčiny, vývoj, řešení a důsledky, které z nich vyplývají. Dále na stres, který pojednává o historii, rozdělení, zdrojích či příčinách a v neposlední řadě o zvládání stresu. Vzhledem k cíli práce jsem v praktické části zvolila metodu zpracování obsahové anylýzy dostupných materiálů (průzkum, rozhovor, dotazník) a zní jsem vyvodila logické závěry.

Abstract:

The thesis called “Conflicts and stress in the workplace and their solutions” focuses on describing different types of conflicts and stress and their solutions. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the conflicts in the Šumava National Park together with describing and analyzing of the conflicts between the Information and Guard Service and the visitors of the Šumava National Park. The theoretical part of the thesis seeks to describe the conflict as such, its classification, importance, causes, development, solutions and the resulting consequences. This part focuses on stress as well, it discusses the history, types of stress, sources and causes and last but not least the coping with the stress. Considering the aim of the thesis, for the practical part I used the method of content analysis of all available materials (survey, interviews and questionnaires). At the end of the thesis I derived logical conclusions.
