Customer Portals to Simplify the Management of Microsoft 365 Products
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjednodušení a zefektivnění správy produktu a s nimi spojených procesů v rámci společnosti. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout, a i následně provést realizaci zákaznických portálů, které usnadní správu licencí Microsoft 365 pro zákazníky této společnosti a zároveň tím i posílí konkurenceschopnost společnosti na trhu.
Abstract:
The Diploma thesis focuses on simplifying and streamlining product management and related processes within the company. The aim of this thesis is to design, and subsequently implement, customer portals that will facilitate the management of Microsoft 365 licenses for the company's customers, and thereby strengthen the company's competitiveness at the market.
