Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá motiváciou zamestnancov, ako podstatným know – how v práci manažéra. V prvej kapitole je definovaná funkcia manažéra a hlavné funkcie, ktoré vykonáva. V krátkosti definuje plánovanie, organizovanie, personálne zabezpečenie, kontrolu a vedenie.
