Abstract:
V této práci jsme zkoumali koncentrace atomů N a O v dusíkovém proudícím dohasínajícím plazmatu a jejich závislost na množství jednotlivých plynů a tlaku pomocí optické emisní spektrometrie. V čistém dusíku byl zažehnut výboj, který disocioval část molekul a vytvořil tak určité množství dusíkových atomů. Abstract:
In this work we studied concentrations of N and O atoms in flowing nitrogen plasma afterglow with a small admixture of oxygen. We also tried to find their dependance on the amount of the oxygen added. We used the method of the optical emission spectroscopy.
