Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj automatizovaných obchodních strategií (AOS) pro měnový pár GBPJPY na forexovém trhu. K vývoji strategií se využívá technická analýza a známé technické indikátory. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, kde je nejprve rozebrán finanční trh a jeho druhy. Následuje podrobný popis Forexového trhu a spolu s technickou a fundamentální analýzou a nechybí zde ani teorie k automatizovaným obchodním strategiím.Praktická část se soustředí na vývoj a testování strategií pomocí programu StrategyQuant a jejich následné testování na odlišných měnových párech a časových rámcích s využitím testů Monte Carlo. Výsledné portfolio obsahuje 5 strategií, které dosáhly celkového čistého zisku 385 290 dolarů v období od 1.1.2007 do 31.12.2023. Vytvořené portfolio umožňuje zhodnocení kapitálu bez většího úsilí obchodníka a lze ho obchodovat u různých brokerů či moderních prop firem.

Abstract:

Thesis focuses on developing automated trading strategies for the currency pair GBPJPY in the forex market. The strategies are developed using technical analysis and well-known technical indicators. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into several chapters. The first chapter discusses the financial market and its types. This is followed by a detailed description of the forex market, along with technical and fundamental analysis. There is also theory about automated trading strategies.The practical part focuses on developing and testing strategies using StrategyQuant and then testing them on different currency pairs and time frames, also tested with Monte Carlo tests. The resulting portfolio contains five strategies that achieved a total net profit of $385,290 between January 1, 2007, and December 31, 2023. The portfolio allows for capital appreciation without much effort on the trader's part and can be traded with various brokers or modern prop firms.
