Duration of intellectual property rights
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována problematice doby trvání práv duševního vlastnictví. V ramci této diplomove praci budu se nejprve věnovat charaskteristice doby trvani autorských práv a prava průmyslového vlastnictví. Cílem této práce bude popsat a srovnat dobu trvání práv jednotlivých institutů práva duševníhovlastnictví v ČR a na Ukrajině s přihlédnutím k vývoji ve světě.

This diploma thesis is dedicated to the issue of the duration of intellectual property rights. This thesis is focuses mainly on characteristics of the duration of copyright law and industrial property law.
