Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje kurkuminu ? polyfenolu, který se přirozeně vyskytuje v rostlinách rodu Curcuma L. Jsou zde vyjmenovány nejen jeho fyzikálně-chemické a biologické vlastnosti, ale také možnosti jejich zlepšení prostřednictvím syntézy nových analogů kurkuminu. This bachelor thesis is focused on curcumin ? a polyphenol naturally occurring in plants of the genus Curcuma L. Not only its physicochemical and biological properties are appointed, but also the possibilities of their improvement through the synthesis of new curcumin analogues.
