Esters of nitrobenzoic acids and diethylene glycol

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo připravit estery diethylenglykolu a nitrobenzoových kyselin. Byla zpracována rešerše přípravy esterů diethylenglykolu s nitrobenzoovými kyselinami, rozšířenou o rešerši příbuzných látek. Estery byly připraveny reakcí příslušných benzoylchloridů s diethylenglykolem. Rovněž byly připraveny 2-(2-azidoethoxy)ethyl-3,5-dinitrobenzoát a 2-(2-azidoethoxy)ethyl-4-nitrobenzoát. U připravených látek byly stanoveny fyzikální vlastností a citlivostní parametry, jejichž hodnoty jsou důležité při jejich potencionální aplikaci ve výbušinářském průmyslu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to prepare esters of diethylene glycol and nitrobenzoic acids. A search for the preparation of esters of diethylene glycol with nitrobenzoic acids was carried out, extended by a search for related substances. Esters were prepared by reaction of the appropriate benzoyl chlorides with diethylene glycol. 2-(2-Azidoethoxy)ethyl 3,5-dinitrobenzoate and 2-(2-azidoethoxy)ethyl 4 nitrobenzoate were also prepared. The physical properties and sensitivity parameters of the prepared substances were measured, the parameters of which are important in their potential application in the explosives industry.
