Anotace:

This study addresses the increasing problem of youth unemployment in Türkiye, due to various mismatches in the evolving and changing world. The aim of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs) in reducing youth unemployment in Türkiye, utilizing the perspective of the youth uncovering the fundamental causes and perceptions of unemployment, and making recommendations that will enhance the effectiveness of active labour market policies and facilitate the integration of young individuals into the labour market. Thus, it aims to provide valuable insights into both national and potentially global employment strategies.
