Karcinom breast - The rate of awareness of women after the ablation of the breast

Abstract:

Hlavní téma práce je Karcinom prsu - míra informovanosti žen po ablaci prsu. Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretické část práce shrnuje poznatky o daném onemocnění. V prvních kapitolách jsem se zaměřila na anatomii prsu, charakteristiku samotného onemocnění a historii. Dále na rizikové faktory, klinické příznaky, diagnostiku, terapii a v neposlední řadě pooperační péči a další možnosti po ablaci prsu. Téma, které jsem si zvolila je závažné, ale stále velice aktuální. V empirické části je popsán výzkum, u kterého jsem se zaměřila na míru informovanosti žen po ablaci prsu. Použila jsem kvantitativní metodu, ve formě dotazníku. Ten byl zcela anonymní a byl sestaven srozumitelně, aby mu každá respondentka porozuměla. Dotazník byl zaměřen pouze na ženy po ablaci prsu. Výsledky šetření jsem zaznamenala, pro lepší přehlednost do tabulek a grafů. V empirické části jsem si dále stanovila hypotézy, které se mi většinou potvrdily. Výsledky šetření mě mile překvapily. Myslím si, že povědomí žen o tomto onemocnění a dalších možnostech po ablaci prsu je mnohem vyšší než v předchozích letech.

Abstract:

Focal point work is breast carcinoma - measure know - how women after ablation breast. Work was divided on theoretic and experiential part. Theoretic volume of work summarises piece of knowledge about given to disorder. In the early chapters am intent on anatomy breast, characteristics himself disorder and story. Further on risk factors, clinical appearances, diagnostics, therapy and last but not least postoperative care and other options after ablation breast. Subject that the I'm elected matter, but always very actual. In experiential parts is described research, near whose am locate bespoke know - how women after ablation breast. Used I'm quantitative method, in practice questionnaire. That was quite faceless and be compiled intelligible, to him every respondent understand. Questionnaire zero in on only on women after ablation breast. Record inquiry be down, for better lucidity to the tables and graphs. In experiential parts am further determine hypotheses that the me mostly confirmed. Record inquiry me lovely surprised. I think, that the consciousness women about this disorder and next possibilities after ablation breast is much higher than in previous years.
