Flat roof utilisation study including multi-criteria assessment and evaluation of designed variants

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je variantní návrh konstrukce ploché střechy, aplikované na projektu Budovy pro sport – Multipohybového domu, vycházející z předmětu ATELIÉR I – III. Variantní návrhy se liší v konstrukci a skladbě uzpůsobené dle využití ploché střechy. Jedná se o variantu střechy provozní, zelené intenzivní a zelené extenzivní. Cílem této bakalářské práce je kromě samotného variantního návrhu také posouzení, porovnání a vyhodnocení navržených variant z hlediska využitelnosti, zatížení konstrukce, ceny za materiály ve skladbě a tepelně technického posouzení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část podává informace o plochých střechách a o zelených plochých střechách. Důraz je kladen na jejich historii, dělení a jednotlivé vrstvy plochých střech. Druhá, aplikační část představuje samotné variantní návrhy a jejich multikriteriální posouzení. Součástí práce je architektonická studie navržených variant, včetně zhotovených vizualizacích, a dotazník ohledně zelených střech a vlastních variantních návrhů.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is a variant design of a flat roof structure, applied to the project Buildings for sports - Multi-movement house, based on the subject ATELIÉR I - III. Variant designs differ in construction and composition adapted to the use of the flat roof. This is a variant of the operational roof, intensive and extensive green roofs. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is, in addition to the variant design itself, the assessment, comparison and evaluation of the proposed variants in terms of usability, load of the structure, prices for materials in the composition and thermal engineering assessment. The work is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part provides information about flat roofs and green flat roofs. Emphasis is placed on their history, division and individual layers of flat roofs. The second, application part presents the variant proposals themselves and their multicriteria assessment. Part of the work is an architectural study of the proposed variants, including visualizations, and a questionnaire regarding green roofs and own variant designs.
