Planning of sustainable mobility at region

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá soudobou problematikou mobility, a to konkrétně z pohledu její udržitelnosti. Udržitelná mobilita představuje formu mobility, která má stabilní a tendenční rozvoj, rozvíjí se nikoli na úkor jiného segmentu, ale v souladu s ekonomickými, enviromentálními a společenskými hodnotami. V úvodu práce se autor zaměřuje na vymezení základního pojmu mobility a její zasazení do kontextu udržitelné, potažmo udržitelné mobility – tj. druhy dopravy, regulace dopravy, metodiky při plánování dopravy. Dále jaká hlediska je nutné při plánování dopravy zohlednit a okrajově i navržení konceptu „smart city“. Výše popsané podklady představují teoretickou rovinu diplomové práce; neboť v její druhé polovině se autor zaměřuje na konkrétní plány udržitelné mobility vybraných měst, které analyzuje a porovnává s konceptem udržitelné mobility, přičemž následně ověřuje naplňování trendu udržitelné mobility prostřednictvím jím určených hypotéz. Vyhodnocená data jsou následně zpracována, srovnána a tvoří tak východisko pro formulaci závěru a případných doporučení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the current issue of mobility, specifically from the point of view of its sustainability. Sustainable mobility is a form of mobility that has a stable and tendentious development, developing not at the expense of another segment, but in accordance with economic, environmental and social values. In the introduction, the author focuses on defining the basic concept of mobility and its placement in the context of sustainable, and therefore sustainable mobility - ie modes of transport, transport regulation, methodology in transport planning. Furthermore, what aspects must be taken into account when planning transport and, marginally, the design of the concept of "smart city". The materials described above represent the theoretical level of the diploma thesis; because in its second half the author focuses on specific sustainable mobility plans of selected cities, which he analyzes and compares with the concept of sustainable mobility, while subsequently verifying the fulfillment of the trend of sustainable mobility through his hypotheses. The evaluated data are then processed, compared and thus form the basis for the formulation of conclusions and possible recommendations.
