This bachelor paper focuses on the problems of renewal, usage and maintaining of complexes of urban green areas with connections to cultural monuments. In theoretical part it deals with basic principles, which are applicable to renewal, usage and maintaining of the given kind of gardens and also it presents their problems and limitations.
