Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci vybraných logistických činností, stavebního projektu přestavby budovy, z časového i nákladového hlediska. Při optimalizaci těchto logistických procesů byla využita deterministická metoda kritické cesty CPM a stochastická metoda PERT, s jejich pomocí byla nalezena kritická cesta projektu. The diploma thesis focuses on the optimization of selected logistics activities, the building reconstruction project, both in terms of time and cost. Optimization of these logistic processes was based on the deterministic method of the critical path CPM and the stochastic method PERT, with which the critical path of the project was found.
