Abstract:
Práce je věnována studiu buněčného cyklu, vzniku nádoru a léčbě rakoviny prostřednictvím onkolytických virů. U virů je zaměřena na jejich rozdělení, životní cyklus a jejich využití v genové terapii nádorů.
Abstract:
The work deals with the study of cell cycle, development of tumor and treatment of cancer with the help of oncolytic viruses. The work is focused on the division of viruses, life cycle and their use in gene therapy of cancer.
