Abstract:

Práce pojednává o problematice neodkladné resuscitace v terénu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozpracování pojmů a postupů týkajících se neodkladné resuscitace. Mimo jiné také popisuje historii neodkladné resuscitace a její vývoj. Jeden z úvodních oddílů informuje o primárních a sekundárních příčinách a projevech náhlé zástavy krevního oběhu společně s popisem jejich reverzibilních příčin. Následně jsou popisovány kroky a postupy týkající se řetězce života. Teoretická část definuje základní a rozšířenou neodkladnou resuscitaci se zaměřením na algoritmy pro neodkladnou resuscitaci. V závěru jsou popsány situace, při kterých není nutné zahájit kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, a následně případy, kdy je kardiopulmonální resuscitace kontraindikována. Poslední teoretická část vykresluje nejčastější chyby laiků a profesionálů, kterých se dopouští při poskytování neodkladné resuscitace v terénu. Empirická část prezentuje výsledky výzkumného šetření. Studentům zdravotnické školy, chemické školy, vojákům a v neposlední řadě i civilním zaměstnancům firmy byl předložen anonymní dotazník. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké mají daní respondenti teoretické i praktické znalosti v neodkladné resuscitaci v terénu.

Abstract:

The paper deals with the issue of CPR in the field. The theoretical part focuses on detailed description of concepts and procedures of CPR. Among other things it also describes the history of CPR and its development. One of the introductory sections specifies the primary and the secondary causes and symptoms of sudden cardiac arrest, along with a description of reversionary causes. Following part provides information about the steps and procedures regarding the Chain of life. Theoretical part defines basic and advanced resuscitation based on algorithms for resuscitation. Situations in which it is not necessary to initiate cardiopulmonary resuscitation are characterized in the conclusion of the paper. There are also mentioned cases in which cardiopulmonary resuscitation is not indicated. Last theoretical part is focused on the most common mistakes of both laymen and professionals which occur while providing CPR in the field. Empiric part of the paper presents results of research work. Anonymous questionnaire was submitted to students of Medical school, students of Chemical school, soldiers, and last but not least, the civilian employees of the companies. The aim of the questionnaire was to find out the level of theoretical and practical knowledge concerning CPR.
