Integration Layer of a Portal for Publishing Digital Content of Czech Memory Institutions
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zmapování technologií používaných v oblasti uchovávání a zveřejňování dat muzejní a knihovní povahy, následný návrh vlastního repozitáře pro tato data a implementace modulů zajišťujících možnost propojení repozitáře s jinými systémy pomocí standardních protokolů OAI-PMH, Z39.50 a SRU.
Abstract:
This thesis aims to map the contemporary technology used for archiving and publishing library and museum data. This knowledge is then used to desigh own data repository and to implement modules that provide integration of the repository with other systems via the OAI, Z39.50 and SRU protocols.
