Visions of long-term unemployed job seekers and consultants of job centre about support need
Abstract:
Cílem je poukázat na podobnosti a odlišnosti v představách uchazečů a poradců o potřebě podpory uchazeče. Rozdílný pohled na potřebu podpory totiž přináší řadu problémů a neefektivní poskytování pomoci. Na základě teoretického a empirického šetření autorka odpovídá na výzkumnou otázku a popisuje pociťovanou potřebu podpory uchazečů a představu poradců o této potřebě podpory uchazečů.

The aim is to point out similarities and differences of visions of job seekers and consultants about support need. Different approaches to the support need carry series of problems and ineffective support delivery.
