Abstract:

Jméno: Ondřej KrutilNázev závěrečné práce: Měření vlhkosti půdy na různých typech lesních stanovišť v masívu Khan Khentii, Mongolsko.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním vláhových podmínek různých typů stanovišť v lesostepní oblasti masivu Khan Khentii v Mongolsku. Vláhové podmínky sledovaného území jsou ovlivňovány výskytem permafrostu, na který jsou vázány lesní porosty, ve kterých dominuje především Larix sibirica. V závislosti na výskytu permafrostu a antropogenním zatížení byly v dané oblasti vytipovány tři zájmové lokality. Na těchto lokalitách byly vybrány plochy degradovaného a zdravého lesa. Předpokladem bylo, že mezi nimi bude zjištěn rozdíl mezi půdní vlhkostí a počtem jedinců ve zmlazení. Byla provedena základní charakteristika vybraných porostů, zahrnující sčítání jedinců ve zmlazení a jejich zařazení do výškových tříd. Měření vlhkosti půdy bylo realizováno přístrojem Z-metr III pracujícím na principu odporové metody Electric impedance spectrometry. Měření bylo provedeno v pěti opakováních na každém z celkem čtyřiceti dvou stanovišť. Výzkum prokázal významně vyšší vlhkost půdy na spáleništích než v živém lese. Tato skutečnost zřejmě indikuje přímý důsledek expozice půdy slunečnímu záření, kdy dochází k lokálnímu tání permafrostu a následnému zvýšení jeho aktivní vrstvy. Výzkum dále prokázal, že vlhkost půdy na spáleništích napomáhá rozvoji a růstu přirozeného zmlazení. Dále byl zjištěn lokální vliv antropogenního zatížení představovaného pastvou. Dobře pozorovatelný je zejména na výškové heterogenitě zmlazení, kdy plochy, které jsou poškozovány nadměrnou pastvou, vykazují výrazně nižší diferenciaci výškových tříd, a vykazují také nižší počet jedinců ve zmlazení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of the moisture conditions of different types of habitats in forest steppe areas of the Khan Khentii massif in Mongolia. The moisture conditions of the study area are influenced by the presence of permafrost, which limits the occurrence of the forest stands, where dominates mostly Larix sibirica. Depending on the presence of permafrost and anthropogenic pressure, three sites were selected. On these sites, plots of degraded and healthy forests were selected. The presumption was, that there will be a difference between the soil moisture and the number of individuals in regeneration. Basic characteristic of selected forest stands was performed, including counting of the individuals in the regeneration and their classification into height categories. The measuring of the soil moisture was realized by Z-meter III device, which works on the principle of Electric impedance spectrometry. The measuring was done five times on each plot, there were 42 plots in total. The research proved significantly higher soil moisture on the burnt forest area, than in the healthy forest. This apparently indicates the direct consequence of the soil exposition to the sunlight, which leads to the melting of the permafrost, and following increase of its active layer. The research then proved that the soil moisture on the burnt forest area helps the development and the growth of natural regeneration. Furthermore, the local influence of anthropogenic pressure was found, presented by grazing. It is clearly visible on the height heterogeneity of the regeneration, when the areas, that are damaged by the overgrazing, shows significantly lower differentiation of the height categories, and also shows lower number of the individuals in regeneration.
