Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma révy vinné a vína. Práce je zaměřena na stručné vymezení problematiky, historii a současnost pěstování révy vinné a výroby vína. Dále si klade za cíl popis a rozdělení vinařských oblastí v ČR. Na toto pak navazuje podrobný popis vybraných odrůd révy vinné, kategorií vín a použití vín v gastronomii. This bachelor's thesis deals with problems of the vine and the wine. The thesis is focused on a brief definition of problems, the history and the present of a vine growing and a wine production. The description and the division of wine regions is also an aim of the bachelor´s thesis.
