Corporate Towns in History and at Present
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá historií postavení statutárních měst včetně platné právní úpravy postavení těchto měst. Cílem práce je popsat fungování územně členěných statutárních měst včetně důvodů územního členění a popsat způsoby financování městských obvodů/částí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the history of the legal status of corporate towns including the current government regulation of the position of these towns. The aim is to describe the functioning of the territorially structured corporate towns including reasons for their territorial structuring, describe and analyse the way of financing town districts.
