Rehabilitation in painful shoulder syndrome

Abstract:

Úvod: V této bakalářské práci se věnuji rehabilitaci u syndromu bolestivého ramene. Shrnutím dosavadních znalostí jsem zpracoval problematiku na téma syndrom bolestivého ramene. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie u pacienta s diagnózou syndrom bolestivého ramene a volba optimálních fyzioterapeutických postupů, konceptů a metod k jeho řešení z pohledu fyzioterapie. Metodika: Hlavní část mé bakalářské práce obsahuje kazuistiku ženy (47 let) s diagnózou syndrom bolestivého ramene (zmrzlého ramene). S pacientkou jsem spolupracoval 7 týdnů. Proběhlo celkem 10 terapií, přičemž každá trvala 30 minut. Z výsledků vstupního vyšetření byl navržen krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. V polovině léčby jsem provedl jedno kontrolní vyšetření zaměřené na rozsah pohybu a svalovou sílu. Během terapie jsem využil tyto fyzioterapeutické koncepty a metody: TMT, PIR, PNF, Brugger koncept, DNS, cvičení s therabandem a cvičení v UKŘ. Před ukončením rehabilitační léčby jsem provedl výstupní kineziologický rozbor, kde jsme porovnali rozdíly od začátku terapie a stanovili dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo k odstranění bolesti, obnovení fyziologického rozsahu pohybu, stability ramenního kloubu, snížení napětí měkkých tkání a zlepšení vnímání vlastního těla. Závěr: Práce mi pomohla získat nové zkušenosti a byla mi přínosem pro mojí budoucí praxi. Kladné výsledky terapie motivovaly pacienta pro pravidelné cvičení.

Abstract:

Title: In this bachelor thesis I deal with rehabilitation for painful shoulder syndrome. By summarizing existing knowledge, I have developed an issue on the topic of painful shoulder syndrome. Aim: The aim of the work is to contribute to the solution of physiotherapy in a patient diagnosed with painful shoulder syndrome and the choice of optimal physiotherapeutic procedures, concepts and methods for its solution from the point of view of physiotherapy. Methodology: The main part of my bachelor's thesis contains a case report of a woman (47 years old) with a diagnosis of painful shoulder syndrome (frozen shoulder). I worked with the patient for 7 weeks. A total of 10 therapies were performed, each lasting 30minutes. A short-term physiotherapy plan was proposed from the results of the initial examination. In the middle of the treatment, I performed one control examination focused on the range of motion and muscle strength. During the therapy I used the following physiotherapeutic concepts and methods: TMT, PIR, PNF, Brugger concept, DNS, exercises with theraband and exercises in close kinematic chain. Before the end of the rehabilitation treatment, I performed a final kinesiological analysis, where we compared the differences from the beginning of the therapy and determined a long-term physiotherapy plan, including regimen measures. Results: The patient had pain relief, restored physiological range of motion, stability of the shoulder joint, reduced soft tissue tension and improved perception of her own body. Conclusion: The work helped me gain new experience and was a benefit to my future practice. The positive results of the therapy motivated the patient for regular exercise.
