Práce nese název Vyvlastnění a vyvlastňovací řízení podle stavebního zákona. Vyvlastnění je závažný zásah do vlastnického práva, který je možné použít jen v krajních případech. Toto ústavou zaručené právo lze omezit nebo odejmout pouze ve veřejném zájmu, na základě zákona a za náhradu. Práce je koncipována jako ucelený pohled na problematiku vyvlastnění. This bachelor work is called Expropriation and expropriation procedure according building law. Expropriation is obligatory incidence into owner law, which is able to use only in a last cases. This law guaranteed by constitution is able to restrict or withdraw only in public opinion according law and for compensation. Work is conceived as integrated view about questions of expropriation.
