Předmětem práce je finanční analýza tří vybraných komerčních pojišťoven. První část práce se zabývá rozdíly účetní závěrky podnikatelů a komerčních pojišťoven a právní úpravou sektoru pojišťovnictví, včetně státního dohledu.
