Forensic Analysis of Biological Fluids

Abstract:

Tato práce popisuje důležité aspekty forenzní vědy - detekci a analýzu poskytnutých a odebraných materiálů pomocí presumptivních a/nebo přesnějších technik k identifikaci a zpracování hmotných důkazů. Práce zkoumá, jaké materiály lze použít, jak lze určit jejich biologický původ a jaké techniky se používají k jejich identifikaci a dalšímu zpracování. Cílem práce bylo porovnání současných metod, včetně výhod a nevýhod, a navrhnout zlepšení a zdokonalení stávajících technik.

Abstract:

This thesis describes important aspects of forensic science - the detection and analysis of provided and collected materials using presumptive and/or more precise techniques to identify and process physical evidence. The thesis examines what materials can be used, how their biological origin can be determined, and what techniques are used to identify and further process them. The aim of the thesis was to identify the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and how to improve and refine existing techniques.
