Bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují výběr potravin spotřebiteli. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie výživy, dále pojednává o výživových doporučeních a aktu-álním stavu výživy obyvatelstva České republiky. The bachelor thesis deals with factors that influence consumer´s food choices. The theoreti-cal part briefly describes the history of nutrition, also discusses the current dietary recom-mendations and nutritional status of the population of the Czech Republic.
