Analysis of the impact of fast food restaurant on the gastronomic businesses in her neighborhood
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pobočky rychlého občerstvení na okolní gastronomické podniky. První část práce je věnována vysvětlením základních pojmů, jako je gastronomie a gastronomické služby. Druhá část analyzuje konkrétní gastronomické podniky, jejich poskytované služby. Vliv pobočky rychlého občerstvení je zjišťován pomocí dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the impact of a fast food restaurant on surrounding gastronomic busenesses. The first part of the thesis deals with the explanation of basic terms, such as gastronomy and gastronomic services. The second part analyzes the gastronomic businesses and their services. The impact of a fast food restaurant is investigate by survey.
