Abstract:

Karel Červenka, Ph.D., katedra speciální pedagogiky. Diplomová práce „Problémové chování u dětí s mentálním postižením v prostředí dětského domova“ pojednává o dětech s lehkým mentálním postižením, které vyrůstají v ústavním zařízení. Vymezuje základní pojmy, které jsou spojeny s mentálním postižením, uvádí klasifikaci, etiologii a specifika mentální retardace. Blíže se věnuje problémovému chování, které se vyskytuje u mentálně postižených osob, agresi a prevenci agrese. Zabývá se rodinou, potřebami dítěte s mentálním postižením, nefunkčním rodinným prostředím a formami ústavní péče. Výzkumná část představuje 2 dětské domovy a popisuje 5 případových studií dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením, které vyrůstají v uvedených dětských domovech. Diplomová práce analyzuje problémové chování zkoumaných dětí, hledá společné znaky dětí, společné znaky rodičů těchto dětí, zkoumá funkčnost rodinného prostředí a uspokojování potřeb dětí před příchodem do dětského domova.

Abstract:

Abstract Thesis "Problem behavior in children with mental retardation in the children home" deals with children with mild mental disabilities, who are growing up in an institution. It defines the basic concepts that are associated with mental retardation, according to the classification, etiology and specific mental retardation. Closer is devoted to problem behavior that occurs in people with mental retardation, aggression and prevention of aggression. It deals with the family, the needs of a child with mental disabilities, dysfunctional family environment and forms of institutional care. The research is part of two orphanages and describes 5 case studies of children with mild mental disabilities, those who grow up in orphanages. This thesis analyzes the problem behaviors of children examined, looking for common characteristics of children, common characteristics of parents of these children, explores the functionality of the family environment and meeting the needs of children before coming to the orphanage.
