Diplomová práce na téma "Stanovení terpenů jako biomarkerů v sedimentech" se zabývá stanovením terpenů v sedimentech u přehradních nádrží Seč, Skalka a Nechranice. Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje charakteristice terpenů, biosyntéze terpenů a také jednotlivým druhům terpenů. V této části je zpracovaná rešerše na téma využití terpenů jako biomarkerů. The diploma thesis "Determination of terpenes as biomarkers in sediments" deals with determination of terpenes in sediments at reservoirs Seč, Skalka and Nechranice. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of terpenes, biosynthesis of terpenes and also individual types of terpenes.
