Reverse charge regarding the Law of VAT
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá daní z přidané hodnoty. Konkrétně je zaměřena na zvláštní režim přenesení daňové povinnosti stavebně montážních prací. Analyzuje nejproblematičtější oblastí aplikace přenesení daňové povinnosti v praxi. Uvádí správnou aplikaci tohoto režimu na základě výkladu zákona, informací Ministerstva financí České republiky a Komory daňových poradců České republiky.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the value added tax. Specifically, it focuses on the specific reverse charge procedure of construction and assembly work. It analyzes the most problematic areas of application of the reverse charge in practice.
