V bakalářské práci „Rozpočtová pravidla a rozpočtová skladba, účetnictví obcí“ se zaměřuji na pojem veřejná rozpočtová soustava a na její nejvýznamnější článek tj. státní rozpočet včetně jeho vztahu k rozpočtům územně samosprávných celků. The title of my thesis is "The budget rules and the budget structure, the municipal accounting". This thesis concentrates on the phenomenon of the public budget stucture and on its most important part which is the state budget and its relationship to the municipal budgets.
