Optimization of cultivation technology, economic indicators of production and realization of early cabbage

Abstract:

První část práce „Optimalizace pěstitelské technologie, ekonomických ukazatelů produkce a realizace raného zelí“ se věnuje problematice zelinářské produkce, součástí tohoto celku je stručné popsání vhodných podmínek k pěstování raného zelí. V období 2002–2022 byl sledován vývoj cen výrobců a spotřebitelů v České republice. Byli identifikováni největší producenti zelí v Evropské unii a ve světě, a to v období 2010–2021. V důsledku sledování zahraničního obchodu byla identifikována obchodní bilance. Celá práce je provázána s konkrétním zemědělským podnikem, kde byly zjištěny důležité marketingové a ekonomické údaje na jejichž základě je vypracována SWOT analýza, následně marketingová strategie, která se soustředí zejména na online marketing, z čehož plynou doporučení pro zlepšení zelinářské produkce a zvýšení prodejů nejen raného zelí.

Abstract:

The first part of the thesis „Optimization of cultivation technology, economic indicators of production and realization of early cabbage“ describes the issues related to vegetable production, including a brief destription of suitable contidions for growing early cabbage. The development of prices for producers and consumers in Czech republic was monitored during the period from 2002 to 2022. The largest producers of cabbage in the European Union and in the world were idenntified for the period from 2010 to 2021. As a result of monitoring foreign trade was identified the balance. The entire thesis is linked to a specific agricultural enterprise where important marketing and economic data were collected, based on which a SWOT analysis was conducted followed by a marketing stratégy that focuses mainly on online marketing. Recommendations for improving vegetable production and increasing sales, not only for early cabbage, were derived from this analysis.
