Real rights' Instruments of Secureness of Loans
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Věcněprávní prostředky zajištění úvěru“ bude deskriptivní analýza významných institutů soukromého práva sloužících k zajištění závazků plynoucích ze smlouvy o úvěru. Úkolem bude definovat hlavní prostředky věcněprávního zajištění úvěru, s jejich kritickým zhodnocením, popisem jejich problematického dopadu na úvěrový trh a návrh jejich úpravy de lege ferenda.

The subject of the thesis “real rights` instruments od secureness of loans” is descriptive analysis of significant institutes of the private law serving for secureness of obligations from loan agreements.
