Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá historickou analýzou vybraných dluhových krizí. Zkoumány jsou zde zejména hlavní příčiny, proč ke krizím vlastně došlo a dále jaký průběh krize měly v jednotlivých státech. Práce je především zaměřena na to, jakým způsobem byly tyto krize řešeny a jaké z toho plyne ponaučení do budoucnosti. Cílem této práce je poukázat na některá základní fakta a souvislosti mezi historickými dluhovými krizemi, které mohou být přínosem při hledání řešení dluhové krize v současnosti. Text je rozdělen na tři hlavní oddíly. V první části textu jsou vymezeny některé základní ekonomické pojmy pro lepší pochopení této problematiky. Ve druhé části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé dluhové krize, které jsou chronologicky seřazeny. Zkoumány jsou zde celkem tři případy dluhových krizí, kdy se stát dostal do dluhových problémů. Rozsah a dopady jsou ilustrovány pomocí grafů a tabulek na hlavních makroekonomických ukazatelích. Každá jednotlivá krize nám následně poskytne ponaučení, pomocí nichž jsou v poslední části práce identifikována některá rizika pro řešení současné dluhové krize hlavně v Evropě.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with historical analysis of the selected debt crisis. There are examinated especially main causes why did the crisis occurre and further what kind of process they had in particular countries. The thesis is primarily focused on the main solutions of the crisis and what experience can be gained for the future. The aim of the diploma theses is to point out essential facts and connections between historical debt crisis, which may be assets in search of solution for the debt crisis in present. The text has been divided on three main sections. In the first section basic economical terms are defined to better understanding of this issue. In the second section there are analyzed single debt crisis which are adjusted chronologically. On the whole three cases are examinated where the state cannot handle its debt problems. The range and impacts are shown with the help of tables and graphs on the main macroeconomic indicators. In the last section of the thesis every single crisis will then provided us with some knowledge that help us to identify significant risks for solving the current debt crisis primarily in Europe.
