Business Plan for Establishing a Company Producing Natural Cosmetics

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikáním fyzické osoby v oblasti přírodní kosmetiky. Cílem práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán na založení podniku vyrábějící přírodní kosmetiku. Teoretická část je literární rešerší základních pojmů ohledně podnikání a tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku a potenciálních zákazníků. Na základě těchto údajů je navržen podnikatelský plán, který obsahuje charakteristiku produktů a podniku v odvětví s přírodní kosmetikou, marketingovou a finanční strategii s výhledem na tři roky ve formě pesimistického, realistického a optimistického scénáře, postup realizace činností a práci s riziky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the business in the field of natural cosmetics. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for establishing a company producing natural cosmetics. The theoretical part is a literature search of the basic concepts of business and the creation of a business plan. The practical part deals with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company and potential customers. On the basis of this data, a business plan is drawn up. The business plan includes the characteristics of the product and the company in the natural cosmetics industry, marketing and financial strategy with a 3-year perspective in the form of pessimistic, optimistic and realistic scenario, the process of implementing activities and working with risks.
