Attic Housing in Terms of Property Valuation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podkrovních bytů. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány požadavky na podkroví, rekonstrukce podkroví, využití jednotlivých materiálů s jejich vlivem na funkci bydlení a specifika oceňování podkrovních bytů. Tato práce obsahuje dvě tržní ocenění v praktické části a analýzu realitního trhu okresu Kladno v analytické části.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with problems of attic housing. In the theoretical section are discussed requirements of attic, reconstruction of the attic, use different materials with their vive to the housing and specifics valuation of attic housing. This thesis includes two market evaluations in practical part and in analytical part it deals analysis of real estate market in Kladno region.
